3. Tracking Your Order

Note: It is the customer's responsibility to track their package. If the package is returned to sender due to an incomplete address or failure to pick it up, reshipment fees may apply.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Important: Our orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Meetckc. For further details, please contact your local customs office.

5. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@meetckc.com. Once our warehouse has processed your order (usually within 24 hours), we will be unable to make any changes.
